DELIVERY TIMES:

Orders received from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, are processed the same day if placed by 1pm, or the following working day if placed after this time or if one of the products is not available in the warehouses. Orders received on Saturday and/or Sunday are processed the following Monday. Once the shipment has been completed, you will receive an automatic email notification with the relevant tracking number, to monitor the status of the shipment by clicking on the following link https://www.gls-italy.com

CENTRAL SOUTH ITALY: 24/48 hours
SARDINIA AND MINOR ISLANDS: 48/72 hours
(Sardinia - Sicily - Venice - smaller islands and mountain resorts that are difficult to reach)

NB MISSED APPOINTMENT WITH THE COURIER
The GLS courier will contact the customer/buyer to arrange the delivery date and time. Once this has been done, if the customer is not available for any reason, GLS will arrange a new appointment.
If the customer is again unavailable for the new agreed date, he will be able to collect his order free of charge within 7 days at the nearest GLS office.
After 7 days the customer will have to pay the shipping costs again.
